The E7024 Glute Machine is a professional exercise machine for commercial use designed for isolating gluteal exercises in a standing position.
The base is made of a heavy-duty metal oval profile with a wide corner radius of 140×40 mm and a thickness of 3 mm.
The supporting frame structure is manufactured using high-precision CNC laser equipment.
Frame color: graphite (other colors optional).
The perforated metal weight stack guard on the front and the solid outer guard are made of 2mm thick sheet metal. To enhance the machine’s performance, eight reinforcement ribs are installed at the base, connected to the supporting frame via concealed 6mm cross-section bolts.
The slot in the load block protective casing for access to the load adjustment is ground with inward-rolled edges around the entire perimeter for safe access to the weight stack and providing additional rigidity to the load block frame.
The load adjustment switch is made of metal with a magnetic latch and is attached to a flexible elastic cord.
The ends of the profile are closed with plastic plugs with clamps.
The guides for the load block are made of stainless steel pipe with a diameter of 20 mm.
To move the loads, a combined loading system is used: a high-strength belt reinforced with 8 Kevlar threads with a cross-section of 25×3 mm / a 5.8 mm steel cable in a PVC braid.
The load block slabs are made of Q235 grade steel with powder coating.
The plates are equipped with nylon inserts for smooth sliding along the guides.
In the production of the simulator, automated serial welding of units is used to eliminate the human factor and improve the operational characteristics of the equipment.
After anti-corrosion treatment, metal elements are coated with a two-layer powder coating at high temperatures to ensure resistance to mechanical impacts.
All rotating and rolling units use duralumin bearing housings.
The lever movement guides are equipped with rubber bumpers for shock absorption when working on the simulator and to prevent mechanical damage to the simulator elements.
A plastic holder for personal belongings is attached to the frame of the exercise machine.
The four-position adjustable chest cushion and recessed armrests are made of polyurethane foam and covered in premium faux leather.

The foot lever, equipped with non-slip plastic inserts with a ribbed surface for a stable position, moves along a non-linear trajectory, thereby ensuring concentration on the target muscles.
The non-slip, durable handles are 185 mm long (grip length 155 mm) and are made of a metal tube with a non-absorbent rubber coating, equipped with decorative end caps secured with bolts.
The 600×300 mm long foot platform has a ribbed surface to provide stability and prevent slipping.
Rubber-plastic feet ensure stability of the exercise machine and protect the floor from damage.
The frame of the exercise machine contains instructions for following the exercise technique and preventing injury.
